These terms summarize how the service is expected to be used and where responsibility sits between QueueLynk and the restaurant team. For a production launch, replace or supplement this with your final legal text.

Using the service

QueueLynk is provided for lawful restaurant and hospitality operations. Customers are responsible for the accuracy of their setup, staff usage, and any guest communications initiated through the platform.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans, if enabled, renew according to the selected subscription terms. Customers are responsible for maintaining valid billing details and reviewing plan changes before activating a new subscription.

Acceptable conduct

Customers may not use QueueLynk to send abusive messages, misuse guest information, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform integrity, performance, or security.

Availability and updates

We work to keep the platform reliable, but service interruptions, maintenance windows, and feature changes may occur. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept those updates.
